Automatically send out files via e-mail |
Chapter 6 - Technical supportYou can contact the Technical Support via e-mail also during the Product's evaluation period. The fastest way to contact the Support is by using the FileInMail's menu entry: "Help -> Contact Support". By clicking the menu entry, an e-mail message will be automatically created and shown on screen. That message will have your configuration files in attachment, so that the Support Team will obtain all the needed information in order to timely solve your problem. You only have to add a brief explanation of the problem and send the message. This feature requires Microsoft Outlook, a MAPI compatible e-mail client, or an SMTP configuration up and running, just like for sending out your own files as mail attachments.
